Have the following info and items ready before you apply for your ETA:

• A selfie to upload, or it can be taken on the site if you have a camera on the device you are using to apply.
• A clear copy of your passport
• A copy of your flight arrangements Make sure you upload the itinerary with your name on it. 
• A copy of your lodging arrangements
• A form of payment (Credit/Debit)

Everyone needs to get their ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) through the Kenyan Government at the link above.

The option to apply for a group is available. You can put up to 6 people on your ETA. This makes applying for a family much more convenient. However, you do not have to be related to be in the same application group. The only requirement is that you have to have the same arrival and departure schedule in and out of Kenya.

You can hit save/exit and the website should save your progress. 

In case a passport number does not load correctly from the pic, there is a place to put a note at the very end. Include a note there about the passport number correction. Also, after your payment is processed, create a document with the correct passport info explaining what happened and upload the document in the “other document” spot. This option is NOT available until after payment. 

Do not hit refresh or close, you will have to start over.

Your ETA should be processed within 72 hours.
